Watch Vanessa Bryant’s Speech At Kobe And Gianna’s Public Memorial

“They were funny, happy, silly and they loved life,” she said. “God knew they couldn’t be on this earth without each other. He had to bring them home to heaven together.”
Today a memorial service was held for Kobe and Gianna, Feb. 24th at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. During the service, Kobe’s wife and mother of Gigi delivered a beautiful eulogy. She touched everyone’s hearts in the room and got a standing ovation. Michael Jordan helped her off stage and delivered his speech.

Everyone was moved by Vanessa’s strength in such a terrible tragedy for her and her family, along with the families of the seven other passengers that died in the crash. The fans in LA all came together for the important event.
